Mission Statement:

The organization, capable to represent interests of persons with hemophilias at a local level it's Kemerovo region in Siberia area;
Rendering of all-round aid to children to the invalids, suffering heavy hereditary disease by a hemophilia;
Information support of patients by a hemophilia and members of their families;
Advocating the rights of children with hemophilia;
Social protection of patients by a hemophilia;
Assistance to improvement of medical aid by the patient by a hemophilia of the Kemerovo area.
